SCHEDULE AN "IN HOUSE" MASSAGE
With our Massage therapist, Marilyn Berta, CMP and PA (Physicians Assistant),
Her training at Esalen Institute & Twin Lakes College is extensive. She
offers a restorative & rejuvenating session which can include
Esalen & Swedish Massage; Polarity, Trigger Point
Cranio Sacral Therapy. Each session is a
1 & 1/4 hour and is $90.00.

HEIRLOOM ART WORK OF BLACK PEARL COTTAGE
You may now purchase a signed limited edition print o the Black Pearl Cottage,
by noted local artist, Ann Thiermann. The drawing has the flavor of
the old English cottage style created in sepia ink and
colored pencil on colored paper. The prints are
the same size as the original drawing
which was created on location.
The unframed 12" x 18"
print is $225.00
plus tax.
"KEEPSAKE BOX"
A 4 1/2" x 7 1/2" Keepsake or Jewelry Box impregnated
with a watercolor pencil drawing on tile in the
Mahogany or lacquered black box. A gift

SUNSET CRUISE / WINE TASTING ABOARD A SPLENDID YACHT
Arrange to go aboard the "Chardonnay" a splendid 70' yacht for an evening sail
on the spectacular Monterey Bay. The most spectacular view of Santa Cruz
is seen from off shore. A leisurely stroll to the Harbor where the
yacht is moored is only three blocks from the Cottage (be sure
to bring & wear deck shoes/tennis shoes). To assure

for you aboard this magnificent vessel

directly. The person/s receiving the
gift stay choose from among the
available dates, and make
their reservations.
TO PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE
All you need do is give us name/s and email address of person/s to receive
the gift certificate; then create a personalized message that will be
included in the gift certificate (see sample messages) and
your beautiful gift certificate will be

honeymoon, anniversary or graduation. And have those wishing to give
you a gift choose a specific amount ($50, $75, $125) towards
the cost of your stay or for specific gifts offered
at the Cottage. You can personalize your
account telling guests your
preferences etc.

to arrange for this service prior to
arrival to assure appointment!
Have your refrigerator stocked for a $27 service fee.

Cottage upon your arrival. Email or fax

once you arrive.
Note:
There are also many excellent outdoor cafes and restaurants
within very easy walking distance! And a wonderful
local market nearby (access by auto 1/2 mile)
should you not wish to cook. However
there isn't a restaurant in town
with a better view than the
Black Pearl Cottage!

Maid Service is always provided once during the week for
guests renting weekly. However if you want additional
maid service, or if you want maid service and are
staying less than a week, it is available at
a $15 per hour rate with 2 hour minimum.
You will need to arrange for it in
advance with Betty by phone or
email.
ARRANGE TO SEE, DO AND EXPERIENCE SANTA CRUZ
We can make dinner reservations, arrange tours, schedule
'in house' house spa treatments. Or gladly give
you our best free advice and you can
arrange your own excursions.
