to East Cliff Drive; stay on East Cliff (keeping to your right at top of hill)
till you reach Seabright Ave; make a quick left on to Seabright, and then a
quick right on to Atlantic Ave; turn right on Second Ave - the Cottage is the
last home on your left overlooking the beach. Two parking spaces in driveway.
