BLACK PEARL COTTAGE

Black Pearl Cottage contains 3 Bedroom, 2 baths contained in two inter-connecting suites within
(Suites are separated only by a hall door that can be closed & locked for privacy if you
are bringing guests (or a nanny); and opened during day to share facilities. Note:
If you are only one to two persons you may rent the Gnome Suite separately at
a lower rate (rather than the cost of the entire cottage).The hall door
will be closed & locked by management for total privacy. Or you
may rent the entire cottage (both suites) for a max of six.
We will accept only two autos maximum. And these vehicles are to be
parked in the driveway (not on street) at all times during your stay!

$2,975 week + tax = $3,272.50
$1,575 (3 nights) + tax = $1.732.50
$1,175 (2 nights) + tax = $1,292.50

3-4 persons max
$3,275 week + tax = $3,602.50
$1,775 (3 nights) + tax = $1,952.50
$1,275 (2 nights) + tax = $1.402.50

5-6 persons max
$3,575 week + tax = $3,932.50
$1,875 (3 nights) + tax = $2,062.50
$1,475 (2 nights) + tax = $1,622.50

1/2 total required to reserve dates; balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival

Note: Neptune Suite can not be rented separately, only Gnome Suite is rentable separately.
We do not rent Neptune Suite when Gnome suite is rented.

There are also many excellent outdoor cafes and restaurants
within very easy walking distance! And a wonderful
local market nearby (access by auto 1/2 mile)
should you not wish to cook. However
there isn't a restaurant in town
with a better view than the
Black Pearl Cottage!
