Directly in front of the cottage is a
pedestrian pathway leading down to the beach
and used mostly by locals on their daily beach walks.
This is a fine place to people watch! From both of the suites
you can see the start and finish of sailing regattas, as the committee
boat usually sits just off shore in front of the cottage. The mantra of the
crashing surf, the curve of the Monterey Bay with it's beautiful sandy
beaches and the place locals come to show their own guests what
many consider the most spectacular on the beach setting in
the region. The Seabright neighborhood is voted by
locals 'best beach in Santa Cruz', and 'best
beach neighborhood' year after year
in all the santa cruz polls!
