SEABRIGHT BEACH
aka, Twin Lakes Beach
at the foot of Seabright Avenue

The Black Pearl Cottage
overlooks this rare top rated (5 star)
beach known as 'Seabright Beach. An uncrowded beach, voted
best beach in the town by locals. Between the Yacht Harbor entrance and the
beautiful San Lorenzo River mouth.



A wide 3/4 mi sandy beach. Pathways connected to beaches on either
side of this fine jogging beach. One of the few California
beaches where bonfires are allowed The least crowded
beach in the town of Santa Cruz, frequented by
locals. Cross to the Boardwalk Beach
at one end, or to Harbor Beach
on the other end.

A perfect regatta (sailboat) watch, sail, swim, body surf, skimboard.
Life guard stations only in summer.

SANTA CRUZ WHARF
Stroll along the wharf to see splendid vistas of Santa Cruz. Enjoy
the outdoor cafe's and many great restaurants that abound on
long pier jutting out to sea! Watch sea lions loll about
beneath the pier. Frolicking seals, sea otters, and
Pelicans are among marine life visible on the
Wharf. Art exhibits, shops and jazz are
just some of the things to do there.

Santa Cruz Wharf is a easy walk from the Black Pearl Cottage
You need not even cross a street. Pass over a pedestrian
pathway over the San Lorenzo River bridge, past the
Boardwalk and on to the Wharf. Guest enjoy
a sunset dinner on the Wharf and the
stroll home burns the calories
