Arrival and departure dates; total number of adults, number of children and ages
Plus the names of all guests
your phone, fax and email (if other than one used to send).
STEP III

Leave your phone number and she will phone you back for your credit card info
then she will email you with confirmation, map, private phone line in cottage & entry code.
do not email credit card informaiton it is not safe to do so.
